These General Conditions of Sale (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 "Consumer Code") govern the sale of products marketed by F.lli Bonelli srl through the website www.cantinebonelli.it. By placing an order, the Customer declares that he/she has read these General Conditions of Sale and accepts them in full.

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

1. Mode of purchase

The Customer may purchase products in the Shop section of the site. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate recognition of the products; due to variations in packaging, the photos may not accurately reflect the appearance of the delivered product. Following the completion of payment, the correct receipt of the Customer's order will be confirmed by an email sent to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of order transmission.

2. Minimum order

Each order can be placed in multiples of 3, the minimum order is 1 carton of 3 bottles.

3. Shipping costs

The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the products purchased. For purchases over €100, shipping is free of charge.

4. Methods of payment

Paypal mode

PayPal™ will handle online payment with all popular credit cards (Visa, Master- Card, American Express, etc.) or with a prepaid or rechargeable card (Postepay). Alternatively, it will be possible to make direct payment through your Paypal account. 5. Delivery methods and times All our shipments are entrusted to specialized courier in order to guarantee the best service in terms of punctuality and safety. We use packaging that can protect your purchases from accidental impacts. Shipments are made throughout Italy. Delivery is usually within 4 days of shipment for all destinations in Italy, excluding Calabria and Islands and some remote locations, for which delivery times may extend up to 6 days. Upon shipment you will receive a confirmation email containing the courier's tracking number that will allow you to check online the transit status of your shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday following the order in which they are received. It is understood that the above delivery times are approximate and may be affected by seasonality (e.g., peak orders during the Christmas season) or other circumstances (e.g., inherent restrictions on the movement of goods, strikes, etc.). PRICES AND BILLING

The prices of the products shown in the various sections of this site include VAT. The prices applied to each sale are those indicated on the site at the time of transmission of the order by the Customer. The price of the purchased products, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order. Tax documentation will be issued at the time of delivery, through the issuance of a receipt. In order to obtain the invoice, it is necessary to indicate your Tax Code or VAT number when ordering and make an express request in the notes of the order itself. The invoice will be issued at the same time as the shipment of goods.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

Orders are accepted within the limits of product availability. In the event that the products are not currently available, the Customer will be promptly informed of any sudden unavailability of the ordered product in order to arrange for the deferment of product delivery, its modification with similar products, or its cancellation. In the event that, due to misunderstandings or other inconveniences, the price listed on the site is lower than the correct selling price of a product, we may contact the Customer to verify whether he/she wishes to equally purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As provided for in the Consumer Code D.LGS 206/2005, Customers enjoy the right of withdrawal, with the possibility of returning products purchased within 14 days of receipt upon written notice to be forwarded to ordini@cantinebonelli.it The Customer in the communication must specify the product for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and provide at his own expense for the shipment of the same to Cantine Bonelli with previously agreed terms and conditions. The risks arising from transportation will be borne exclusively by the Customer. The right of withdrawal is the right of individuals acting for purposes not directly related to the professional activity possibly carried out. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right.

WAYS TO OBTAIN REIMBURSEMENT

You must send an email to ordini@cantinebonelli.it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must return the purchased products, in good condition and with original labels not removed.
• Product packaging must be accurate in order to safeguard the original wrappings from damage, affixing of writing or labels.
• Products must be returned by express courier at your own expense.
• It is recommended to use a traceable and insured shipping method as it will be the responsibility of the Customer for loss, non-receipt or damage of the sent material. - The goods will be refunded after checking the contents and condition of the products, within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods.

MINORS

We do not accept orders from underage individuals. By transmitting an order, the Customer declares that he/she is at least 18 years old.

CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to change the site, policies and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time to offer new products, or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect from time to time at the time you order products. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be held invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall not, however, affect the validity and enforceability of the other provisions.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. The Customer further agrees, and we agree in turn, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Piacenza (Italy). As a consumer, the Customer may thus take action before the Courts of the City of Piacenza or of the different city in which he/she is resident or domiciled to promote a dispute in relation to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
